Shipping

All of our BEL REBEL products are shipped from the UK via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over £50. No code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a valid residential address. BEL REBEL does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses or other temporary locations.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.
The delivery times shown below are only an estimate and do not include 1-2 business days processing time before the order gets shipped.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

BEL REBEL only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

In case your BEL REBEL package arrives incomplete or damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the BEL REBEL products and their outer cardboard packaging. Then, kindly email rebels@belrebel.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.

Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. We kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact rebels@belrebel.com once the claim has been filed and our team will assist you.

 

Returns Policy

You may cancel your order within 14 days from delivery and obtain a refund.

Any claims of damaged product should be reported within 24 hours after delivery, or else such claims will not be considered.

If you made an online purchase you are able to return through post or courier company.

If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as an independent retail store or department store, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the return/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and cannot be returned directly to us.

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, these are the steps to return a product:

 

STEP 1

Get in touch at rebels@belrebel.com with your order number.

All items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to return goods does not apply to goods made to your specification, or which have been clearly personalised, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.

 

STEP 2

You will then be contacted by a member of our team to confirm your return. Bel Rebel does not offer compensation for the return fee.

 

STEP 3

Package your return item in Bel Rebel packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Customers wishing to return fragrance items should have regard to any labelling and packaging guidelines produced by the Royal Mail service or any other courier that is used.

 

STEP 4

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return.

STEP 5

Once we have processed your returns, our customer service will contact you by telephone or e-mail. Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Bel Rebel as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods (provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation).
